Exchange Policy

We offer item exchanges within 14 days. Send back the item/items with the order form and indicate the desired exchange. Once we receive your return, we'll dispatch the exchange within two working days. Returns and exchanges must be made using Royal Mail.

Customers are allowed one exchange per order. Certain items are non-returnable. Returns are only accepted for unused items in original packaging with attached tags. Waggsters reserves the right to decline a refund.

Waggsters covers postage for exchanges but not returns.
