Return Policy

Waggsters has a 14-day return policy. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, with tags still attached and in unused condition. Include the packing slip when sending it back to our returns address. Once we receive it, we will process your refund. Please ensure the contents of the parcel are covered by your chosen shipping provider for safety and insurance purposes. Keep your proof of postage.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue.

All returns must be made using Royal Mail. Returns sent via other couriers will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
