Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. We aim to process the refund within five working days of receiving the item. We'll inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued through your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If you have used a free postage code, the original postage cost will also be deducted from your refund. If applicable, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
