Orders

We process orders quickly so your items arrive without delay. Because of this, we cannot always guarantee changes once an order has been placed. If you need to amend details such as your address, contact information, or products, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please email us at info@waggsters.co.uk. We take such matters very seriously and will investigate the issue with the courier, keeping you informed every step of the way until it’s resolved.

Personalised Items

How long do personalised items take?

Personalised products are created with extra care. Please allow 5–10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for production and dispatch. Most orders are completed sooner.

Can I return personalised products?

Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged as they are custom-made to your request. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

Product Quality & Faults

What happens if my product arrives faulty?

We take great pride in our product quality, but if something isn’t right, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email info@waggsters.co.uk. All products include a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

We offer a 14-day refund period and a 30-day exchange period (excluding personalised items). Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are not covered by WAGGSTERS.

UK customers: Use our returns portal at the bottom of our website.
International customers: Complete the returns form included in your parcel (or download one online) and send your return via a tracked, insured delivery service.

How long does a return or exchange take to process?

Once we receive your return, please allow 7–10 working days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For exchanges, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email info@waggsters.co.uk, and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Product Care

What materials are WAGGSTERS products made from?

Our collars, leads, and harnesses are designed with nylon, neoprene, and foam. These materials are safe, durable, and comfortable for your dog.

Can WAGGSTERS products be used in water?

Yes! Our products are designed for everyday adventures, including walks in the rain and swims. If your dog has been in salt water, we recommend rinsing the product with fresh water afterwards and allowing it to dry naturally to keep it in great condition.

How should I clean my WAGGSTERS gear?

Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent, then air dry.
If machine washing, place the item inside a pillowcase on a gentle cycle. Avoid tumble drying and prolonged direct sunlight to preserve colour.
